DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Heading North on I-5
Take the Seneca Street exit. Go left on Seneca to 3rd Street. Turn right on 3rd Street and take it to Broad Street. Turn left on Broad Street. Pier 70 is at the end of Broad Street next to the Sculpture Garden.
Heading South on I-5
Take the Stewart/Union Street exit. Take Union Street to 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue and go to Madison Street. Turn right on Madison and take it all the way to the waterfront which is Alaskan Way. Turn right on Alaskan Way and go to the end of the street. Pier 70 is on the left-hand side of the street where Alaskan Way ends.
Heading North on SR-99
Take the Western Avenue Exit. Continue straight on Western to Broad Street. Turn left onto Broad Street. Pier 70 is at the end of Broad Street, immediately after you cross the railroad tracks.
Heading West on I-90
Take 1-5 North Everett / Vancouver B.C. exit (Exit 2C). Follow the directions for northbound I-5, below.
Client parking spaces are under the building. Metered street parking and parking garages are nearby. Signs on the north walkway will direct you to our entrance, located on the 2nd level. The elevator is inside the lobby of the Waterfront restaurant.
