Clemens H. Barnes Elected to Executive Board, Labor & Employment Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association

Clemens H. Barnes was recently elected to the Management Private Sector position on the Executive Board of the WSBA Labor & Employment Law Section. Clem will serve a three-year term, which began January 1, 2006.
Clem heads Graham & Dunn's Labor & Employment Team. He has a general litigation background with a focus for the past 20 years on labor & employment law. Clem serves as a mediator and arbitrator and is an active speaker and writer on employment law topics. He was an Adjunct Professor (Employment Discrimination) at Seattle University Law School from 2001-04.
