Graham & Dunn is pleased to announce that David M. Byers has been elected the newest shareholder of the firm.

David is a member of Graham & Dunn ’s Hospitality, Beverage & Franchise Team, focusing on litigation. David has litigated matters concerning beverage distribution rights, claims involving the unintentional formation of franchises and the defense of product liability actions. The scope of David’s work further includes banking matters, workouts, accounting malpractice disputes and breach of contract actions.
