Graham & Dunn Announces New Shareholders and New Leadership

Graham & Dunn is pleased to announce that Bernadette Bulacan, Nick Drader and Russ Savrann have been elected the newest shareholders of the firm.
Bernadette Bulacan is a member of our Emerging Companies & Entrepreneurs Team. Bernadette handles a variety of corporate matters and tax issues for our clients. The scope of her work includes corporate formation and governance, securities law compliance as well as private equity transactions and business tax planning.
Nicholas (Nick) Drader is a member of our Real Estate Team with a practice emphasis in financial services, hospitality, beverage and franchise as well as real estate. Nick represents institutional lenders, owners, property managers, developers and tenants in various real estate and financial matters. Nick moved to the Pacific Northwest from New York where he worked for a large, international law firm.
Russ Savrann joined Graham & Dunn in 2005 as a member of our Hospitality, Beverage & Franchise Team. Prior to joining the firm, he was Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Russ works with hotel and restaurant clients on strategic planning, transactions and operational matters. He also handles mergers & acquisitions, management agreements, marketing and construction and procurement.
Graham & Dunn also congratulates Kumi Baruffi and J.J. Leary who were elected to new three year terms on the Board of Directors.
The Board also announced Mike Fandel will be the President/Managing Partner in 2009 and will transition with the current President, John T. John, during 2008.
