Graham & Dunn Elects New Shareholder: Michael G. Atkins

Graham & Dunn is pleased to announce that Michael G. Atkins has been elected the newest shareholder of the firm.

Michael Atkins represents media, telecommunications, and other clients in disputes and litigation. He also represents clients in proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Michael recently helped obtain summary judgment dismissal of defamation and false light claims brought against a newspaper client and worked on novel Public Disclosure Act issues that were decided by the Washington State Supreme Court. Michael received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1996.
