Graham & Dunn is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney - Anne E. Klosterman.
Anne joins Graham & Dunn as an associate, working with the firm's Emerging Companies & Entrepreneurs team. Anne's practice focuses on counseling clients on a variety of general corporate and tax issues, with an emphasis on corporate formation and governance, stock and asset sales and purchases, and business tax planning. Anne received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2002, and her L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law in 2006.
