Graham & Dunn Welcomes New Attorney--Brian D. Endter

Graham & Dunn is pleased to announce the addition of a new associate attorney - Brian D. Endter.

Brian joins as an associate on the Emerging Companies and Entrepreneurs Team. Focused on counseling clients on corporate formation and governance, private equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions, his practice further expands to life sciences companies working on clinical trial agreements and related issues. Brian received his J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State University School of Law in 2002.
