Adam represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law, and defends employers with regard to claims of employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, employment torts and contracts, and unfair labor practices. In addition to his litigation practice, Adam regularly provides advice and counsel to employers on labor and personnel management issues. Prior to joining Graham & Dunn, Adam was an associate at labor and employment firms in Baltimore and Seattle where he gained significant experience conducting internal investigations of employee complaints, counseling employers on all aspects of employment law, and drafting employment policies and manuals, separation agreements and releases.
