Wendy M. Berry

Wendy works with the firm’s Real Estate Team, handling corporate matters that relate to commercial real estate transactions in Washington and foreign jurisdictions. She has worked in the legal field since 1987 and as a corporate paralegal since 1995. Wendy attended school in Norway for one year before transferring to Central Washington State College. Throughout her paralegal career, she has attended many CLE seminars on corporate law. Her experience includes domestic and foreign entity formations and maintenance procedures, mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions, and state and federal trademark registrations. Wendy also has experience with database design and document automation using computer technology.
