Intellectual Property

Peachie is a paralegal and member of the firm's Intellectual Property Team.  She assists with all areas of Intellectual Property, including trademark portfolio management of domestic, international, and state trademark registrations, trademark search and clearance opinions, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, and license and settlement agreements; U.S. copyright registrations, licenses and assignments; patent portfolio management of mechanical/electrical patent registrations, patent filing, patent proofing, and patent maintenance.

She also assists with Intellectual Property litigation disputes, including trademark disputes before the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office - Trademark and Trial Appeals Board and domain name dispute proceedings before the National Arbitration Forum and the World Intellectual Property Office.

She has assisted in Intellectual Property matters for wide-ranging domestic and international companies, including, wineries, a financial services provider, dot com businesses, an online jewelry retailer, a musical group, a pet products manufacturer, an electrical products manufacturer, non-profit organizations, wireless communications providers, and software manufacturers.

Peachie has worked in the legal field since 2001 and has been working exclusively on Intellectual Property matters since 2003.  Prior to joining Graham & Dunn she was a Legal Assistant specializing in Intellectual Property Law.  Peachie graduated with her BA in American Ethnic Studies (with an emphasis on Asian American Studies) from the University of Washington in 2003.
