Anita works with Graham & Dunn’s Emerging Companies & Entrepreneurs Team. She assists in multiple corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, and assists in capital rounds of funding and managed investor closing documents. Anita’s background also includes working in different areas of law such as Employment Law and Intellectual Property Law. Prior to joining Graham & Dunn Anita worked as an in-house paralegal specializing in intellectual property and corporate law. Anita spent time in Sao Paulo, Brazil where she taught the U.S. civil legal system to second and third year law students at the University of Sao Paulo and Campinas University. She also taught corporate law to business executives throughout the city of Sao Paulo.
