Owen is a member of Graham & Dunn’s Hospitality, Beverage & Franchise Team where he represents franchisors and hotels in all aspects of commercial litigation.  Owen also works with Graham & Dunn’s Financial Services team where he helps banks, mortgage lenders and title insurance companies resolve a wide variety of disputes, both small and large.  His experience includes asset recovery, bankruptcy and disputes involving real estate.

Stations West, LLC v. Pinnacle Bank of Oregon et al., No. 06-1419 (D. Or. 2006)
Recovered over $450,000 for franchisor in borrower’s challenge to bank foreclosure and various claims against franchisor under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act.

In re Worldpoint Logistics, No 01-23448 (Bankr. W.D. Wash. 2006)
Recovered over $350,000 for largest unsecured creditor in bankruptcy of a licensed freight broker.

Fraser et ux. v. Metro Fitness, Inc., King County Superior Court No. 08-2-12335-9
Recovered secured creditor's position on $450,000 in gym equipment following borrower’s corporate dissolution and series of mergers and asset sales.
