Owen also works with Graham & Dunn’s Financial Services team where he helps banks, mortgage lenders and title insurance companies resolve a wide variety of disputes, both small and large. His experience includes asset recovery, bankruptcy and disputes involving real estate.

Recovered over $450,000 for franchisor in borrower’s challenge to bank foreclosure and various claims against franchisor under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act.
In re Worldpoint Logistics, No 01-23448 (Bankr. W.D. Wash. 2006)
Recovered over $350,000 for largest unsecured creditor in bankruptcy of a licensed freight broker.
Fraser et ux. v. Metro Fitness, Inc., King County Superior Court No. 08-2-12335-9
Recovered secured creditor's position on $450,000 in gym equipment following borrower’s corporate dissolution and series of mergers and asset sales.
