______________________________________________________________________Matt is a member of Graham & Dunn’s Real Estate and Litigation Teams. His principal areas of practice include eminent domain, real estate, and commercial litigation law. Matt routinely advises and represents both municipal agencies and property owners regarding condemnation litigation and property valuation issues. Matt also regularly represents and counsels clients on commercial landlord-tenant law, including lease negotiations, lease disputes, workouts and unlawful detainer actions.
Matt worked at Graham & Dunn as a full-time legal intern and law clerk while attending law school in the evening. He also externed with Sound Transit’s legal department – providing legal research support and assisting the organization in its acquisition of real property as part of its capital improvement projects.
