Lacey is a paralegal with the Hospitality, Beverage and Franchise Team. She primarily assists on litigation matters relating to real estate, franchise, product liability, and asbestos defense. Lacey also assists the firm’s attorneys in preparing and registering franchise offering circulars and related agreements, and is experienced with the acquisition of franchise and distribution systems.
