______________________________________________________________________Zach is a member of Graham & Dunn’s Real Estate and Natural Resources & Manufacturing Industries Teams. His principal areas of practice include environmental and natural resources law, eminent domain, and commercial litigation, with an emphasis in real property and land use disputes. Zach brings to Graham & Dunn a legal education rooted in a strong technical background. Prior to attending law school, he earned a degree in Biology and worked for several years as a researcher and engineer in the Biotechnology industry. This strong technical background allows Zach to better understand clients’ needs and potential solutions in the often-technical fields of environmental and natural resources law. Zach’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, though he also handles transactional matters. He regularly represents municipal agencies and property owners in condemnation proceedings, and also advises clients regarding commercial landlord-tenant law.
