______________________________________________________________________

Zach is a member of Graham & Dunn’s Real Estate and Natural Resources & Manufacturing Industries Teams.  His principal areas of practice include environmental and natural resources law, eminent domain, and commercial litigation, with an emphasis in real property and land use disputes.  He is also a member of Graham & Dunn's Green Technology practice team and contributes to the team's blog at http://www.wagreentech.com/.

Zach brings to Graham & Dunn a legal education rooted in a strong technical background.  Prior to attending law school, he earned a degree in Biology and worked for several years as a researcher and engineer in the Biotechnology industry.  This strong technical background allows Zach to better understand his clients’ needs and potential solutions in the often-technical fields of environmental and natural resources law.  Zach’s environmental practice includes all aspects of regulatory compliance and permitting, contaminated properties, insurance coverage, enforcement and litigation, and emergency response.

As a member of Graham & Dunn’s Real Estate team, Zach regularly represents municipal agencies and property owners in condemnation proceedings, and also advises clients regarding land use and real property disputes.  Although Zach’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, he also handles transactional matters, with experience in environmental and real estate due diligence.
