Shin, a native of Osaka, Japan, works with the firm's Intellectual Property Team. He assists attorneys with prosecution of domestic and international trademark registration applications, and U.S. copyright registration applications. Shin Joined Graham & Dunn in April of 1999.
Shin has been working exclusively on U.S. and international trademark matters since 1992, and handles trademark matters for domestic and international clients, including various wineries in Washington, Oregon and California.
Prior to joining Graham & Dunn, Shin worked for a Seattle-based IP law firm for 2 years, and prior to that, he worked 5-1/2 years for a Japanese IP law firm in Osaka, perfecting skills in all phases of international protection of trademark rights.
