John is a member of the firm’s Financial Services, Real Estate, and Estate Planning Teams. He represents financial institutions in major litigation and has won numerous defense verdicts after multi-week trials. John focuses his practice in the creditor-debtor area, including defense of lender liability lawsuits, real and personal property security questions, and bankruptcy issues. He also has litigated estate and probate cases. John served as Graham & Dunn’s Managing Partner from 1994-2008.
