Bryan D. Johnson
Practice Emphasis
Bryan is a paralegal with the Corporate Finance and Services Team. He assists corporate clients with annual license renewals and consent resolutions, and accepts service of process as a registered agent. Bryan has also worked with the Communications Team, reviewing title commitments and leases to identify conditions that might impact a client's proposed interest and use of a property. Bryan has worked in the legal field since 1992.
