Mark is a paralegal on the Hospitality, Beverage & Franchise Team. He works on nationwide liquor licensing and compliance issues. He also has international trade experience focusing on monitoring, researching and analyzing international trade developments on a daily basis. Additionally, he has prepared and conducted a wide variety of filings before many federal agencies including the Securities and Exchange Commission, The Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and the Treasury Department, among others.
Prior to joining Graham & Dunn, he served as a congressional liaison and paralegal and drafted reports to clients and attorneys regarding pertinent developments learned by attending congressional committee hearings, markups and floor debates and conducted thorough research with the goal of establishing the intent of the law. He also played a leading role in a two year document review and production response for the Department of Commerce.
