Complex Commercial Litigation
Diane has a strong commercial litigation background with trial and appellate experience in antitrust, consumer protection, trade secrets, product liability, and constitutional disputes. Diane also has defended employment, land use, environmental contamination, and False Claims Act cases. Diane’s clients come from a variety of industries and include financial services, consulting, bio-technology, public transit authorities, telecommunications, and manufacturing companies. Although Diane’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, she also handles transactional matters, with experience reviewing and drafting indemnification and insurance agreements, and advises clients with regulatory compliance questions.
