Claire is a member of Graham & Dunn’s commercial litigation department.  Claire’s practice focuses on banking, real estate, and natural resource litigation.  She represents clients in a variety of banking disputes, including workout and collection matters, regulatory investigations, and lender liability matters.  Her experience in real estate related matters includes land use, environmental liability, growth management, eminent domain, and agriculture issues.  Claire is also experienced in handling a variety of business disputes.
