Ryan is a member of the Financial Services Team. He assists financial institutions with corporate governance, special credits, state and federal bank regulatory matters and operational compliance issues. His experience also includes numerous de novo bank formations, securities offerings and regulatory enforcement matters. In addition to financial institutions, Ryan has represented publishing companies, clothing manufacturers, musicians and emerging businesses and has assisted clients with the formation of new entities, securities filings, private placements, business combinations and general corporate matters.
