But we are equally proud to have been at the center of the Seattle local real estate market since the firm was founded in the late 1800s.
In cooperation with our hospitality and beverage attorneys, we have established a comprehensive hotel advisory practice and have assisted clients in buying, selling and developing hotels bearing the major flags as well as independent boutique hotels.
For each acquisition, we assist our clients in the formation and implementation of investment programs and asset holdings vehicles, varying from the simple to the multi-layered, each structured to incorporate financing, joint venture and other organizational aspects of the organization.
